Axelborg Hall is off-site. Nimb Hotel across Tivoli has 38 rooms/suites total, not an attached 100-room block. Other accommodation is needed for larger groups.
Arrival and circulation
Two monumental staircases; an adjacent vault hall is offered separately for a continuation event. Dedicated foyer dimensions and exclusive routes are not verified.
Capacity caveats
The Nimb event summary says maximum 350 while Tivoli says 400. The operator layout identifies 400 as reception, 350 as long-table dining, 240 at rounds and 168 cabaret. There is no published 220-person cabaret or 350-person round-table configuration. The venue is outside Nimb Hotel.
For shortlist sizes: 100 cabaret, 220 rounds and 350 long-table banquet fit the published layouts; 350 is not rounds or cabaret. Allow separately for production, a stage and circulation.
